In the event of loss of use of your servers, your systems and data will be restored to standby servers in our data centre, which your users can then access remotely. The SLA for this service guarantees that the restores will start within a maximum of three hours of your contacting us to advise that the service is required.

Access to restored systems via a secure network
1. In the event of a single server failure, Rescue IT connects you to your restored
systems via a secure VPN
(Virtual Private Network).
2. In the event of a complete systems
failure or other disaster scenario, users with SSL VPN (Secure Socket Layer VPN)
service for remote access can connect to your restored systems via any Internet connection.

You can also opt for our Premium Virtual Server Disaster Recovery service, which would allow you to access your restored servers remotely either in London or at our failover data centre in Amsterdam. This provides further protection in case the entire London area should suffer a large scale disaster, such as a regional power outage or a terrorist attack.
