One weekend thieves stole all their desktop equipment from the Birmingham depot, so on the Monday morning they found they were unable to process new orders or track existing shipments, which could have been disastrous for their business and reputation.
They called RescueIT and by later that afternoon replacement PC’s had been delivered to their premises and RescueIT’s engineers were on site installing the equipment and re-instating their applications and their connection to the Oracle database at head office.
Once they were fully operational again, RR, the company’s Operations Director, sent the following e-mail message to RescueIT
